No, that's not enough as a delivery service: I ordered there today, 2 dishes came, one was wrong and as a veggie I couldn't eat it. So I called again, the poorly understandable man on the Aurora phone confirmed that he had made a mistake, he would take care of it. Unfortunately, it stayed with this empty phrase. I think Aurora could easily have made up for this order error with a replacement. But that's not how you deal with customers!

Ambience really great, no question about it. You feel good. Cannot say the same about food though. We had ordered an Italia salad with oil and vinegar and a Vitello Tonnato. After a few minutes the waiter came with the salad, but not with the dressing we wanted. "We should be patient, the kitchen made a mistake." We were a bit confused about this statement. Well, it doesn't matter, shut your eyes. The Vitello Tonnato unfortunately tasted more like majo and capers. We were disappointed with the taste. We hadn't finished the starter yet when the main course came. It couldn't have got any worse. At least the gnocchi were tasty. It's a shame that the evening went like this. We will not visit again. Too bad.

The terrace with a view of the lake is a big plus in Corona times. I almost always take the scampi now. White bread is always too little, but the friendly wait staff will bring more on request. If you order pizza bread, you pay 4 € extra. We weaned ourselves off the salad, it was not particularly good several times.

Best to steer clear of this restaurant. However, if you have time to wait about an hour to place your order, you can go there, but under no circumstances should you point out to the waiter that you have been sitting for an hour and would like to order because he doesn't like that at all Unfortunately I can't rate the food because we would probably wait for it today if we hadn't left, but with the service they would have to have a 12 star kitchen to go there again voluntarily

The waiter looked absent but friendly. The order was: A salad with house dressing - extra dressing, please. Creamed escalope with side salad, yoghurt dressing. We got the salad with vinegar and oil plus the house dressing on top and an extra bowl of dressing. The salad is swimming. The side salad did not come with yogurt dressing but house dressing. When asked if everything was okay, we expressed the note that unfortunately too much dressing and two different dressing were used. There was only one okay. We paid the bill which was over 40 euros and were not offered an espresso. Price performance disappointing.

Went there today after a hike. Very nice and courteous service team. Hygiene measures are super implemented. Our little dog was also welcome on the beautiful terrace with a lake view. The pizza was phenomenally tasty and really good on it. We will be back. thank you very much
